Costa Caretaking is Nick and Steph
​
We came to live permanently in Pego in 2012 and set up our Property Services/Management Company.
We had owned a very successful guesthouse in the East Midlands of England for many years, and this
experience along with our individual skills has resulted in establishing a healthy customer base.
Nick is a fully qualified electrician, and with a tradesman mindset, has the versatility and
experience to undertake other trades. Of course he loves the opportunity to design
state of the art outside lighting but he can also fix your leaking toilet, install mosquito
nets, or install your dishwasher.

Steph, from a commercial background in human resources, sales and marketing,
could be called the brains of the Company (please don´t tell Nick). She can
set up and run your holiday rental, alongside the practical work of cleaning, clearing and gardening.

Larger projects in Moraira, Pedreguer and Javea.
